What BrisqMiles Are

BrisqMiles is BrisqNet's loyalty programme. It's a simple way for us to say thank you for travelling with BrisqNet — you can earn BrisqMiles through qualifying activity on your account, and use them towards eligible rewards within the BrisqNet app. Your current balance, and what it can be used for, is always shown in your account.

No Cash Value

BrisqMiles have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer, or any equivalent, and they are not a deposit, security, or financial product. BrisqMiles are a discretionary loyalty benefit, not a form of payment you're owed.

Earning BrisqMiles

BrisqMiles are earned through qualifying activity on your BrisqNet account, such as eligible purchases or participation in features like referrals, as described in the app at the time. What qualifies, and how many BrisqMiles it earns, is set by BrisqNet and shown in the app — these details aren't fixed by these Terms and may change, as described in Changes to the Programme.

Using BrisqMiles

BrisqMiles can be used towards eligible rewards shown in your BrisqNet account, subject to availability. We don't guarantee that a specific reward will always be available or that BrisqMiles will always be redeemable for a particular value.

Expiry

BrisqMiles may expireif unused for an extended period, or under other conditions communicated in the app (for example, if your account becomes inactive). We'll aim to give reasonable notice before miles expire where practical, but expiry isn't guaranteed to be flagged individually for every account.

Changes to the Programme

BrisqNet may change how BrisqMiles are earned, used, valued, or expire at any time, including introducing new rules or discontinuing specific rewards. Where practical, we'll give reasonable notice of material changes through the app or by email.

Transferability

BrisqMiles are personal to your account and cannot normally be transferred to another person or account. This is different from Gift Data, which is a separate feature for sending purchased data to someone else — see Gift Data Terms.

Fraud & Withdrawal of Miles

BrisqNet may withdraw, reverse, or freeze BrisqMiles that were earned through fraud, abuse, a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, or a technical error (for example, miles credited due to a system bug). Where reasonably possible, we'll notify you if this happens and explain why.

Programme Discontinuation

BrisqMiles is offered at BrisqNet's discretion and isn't a guaranteed, permanent feature of the Services. If we ever decide to discontinue the programme, we'll give reasonable advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to use any existing balance before it's affected, except where immediate action is required due to fraud or legal requirements.
