Country vs regional vs global eSIM plans: which should you choose?

Country plans

A country plan covers a single destination. It's usually the simplest and most cost-effective choice if your entire trip stays within one country — a city break, a single-destination holiday, or a business trip to one location.

Regional plans

A regional plan covers a group of neighbouring countries on a single eSIM. This suits multi-country trips within a region — a rail tour through Western Europe, for example — where buying and switching between separate country plans at each border would be more hassle than it's worth.

Global plans

A global plan covers BrisqNet's worldwide coverage footprint. This fits trips that cross multiple regions — a round-the-world itinerary, or frequent travel to varied destinations — where you'd otherwise need several different regional or country plans across one trip.

How to decide

• Map out your actual itinerary first — a single country plan is almost always cheaper per gigabyte than paying for coverage you won't use
• If you're crossing borders within one region, compare a regional plan's price against buying each country separately
• If your trip spans multiple continents, a global plan avoids needing several separate eSIMs installed and swapped
